Vacation!

Just got back from Destin & Tunica. It was great to drive halfway home and stop for more fun, made the drive waaaay better. Chloe came with us on her first official vacation, and she did great! She was very sad in the car, I think she thought she'd be in it forever at times, from the look on her face anyway :) She did love the beach though! We got to bring her the first day and a half until the beach patrol informed us she wasn't allowed w/out a permit, and you can't get a permit unless you live there. We went on plenty of walks near the beach after that to keep her happy.
Tunica was fun, but it's no Vegas! We found the worst buffet/casino ever on our first attempt, but Harrah's & Hollywood made up for that. I played blackjack for the first time at a real table, lost pretty quick! It was fun to play though, maybe I'll try again in Vegas next time. Caleb always does pretty well, he at least got to play for a few hours on his starting cash, so that's fun.
So now we're home.. back to work. It's good to see the cats though, they are always excited when we get back home. Hoping this summer will be filled with camping, swimming, floating, & golfing (our new Sunday afternoon entertainment)!!!
And also hoping, for the sake of anyone who still checks this, to get back into posting more. Don't hold your breath though ;)
